Step 001
Taking your picture, press ctrl-a (to highlight the whole picture) and then ctrl-c (to copy the whole picture.
Step 002
At the control panel, click filter > visual effect > gausian blur. Help here.
Step 003
Make your settings similar to mine and click OK.
Step 004
Right click on your picture, and click paste options. You settings should then be like this.
And voila, you have a perfect picture like mine.
